Automation Control Engineer
We are currently seeking an individual for the role of
Automation Control Engineer (ACE).
ACE maximizes the technical process capability and efficiency,
reliability and ensures that any system changes are made without
reducing overall process capability.
Key
Responsibilities:
Single point accountability for the project team to deliver the
project scope at cost, time and quality.
Leads the execution of the project.
Develops all project documentation.
Basic Requirements:
Russian/Belorussian citizenship.
A university degree (electrical only).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good computer and analytical skills.
Good command of English.
Additional Requirements (preferably):
Principles of electricity and related devices: 380V tri-phase,
240V, AC, DC, Motors and their control principles (Synchronous,
A-Synchronous & DC Drives and frequency converters), Sensors,
Feedback loops (FIFE’s), Pneumatic Systems (FESTO).
Industrial Glues Application systems.
Industrial LAN’s and Remote I/O’s: architectures and work
principles (Allen Bradley Control-Net, Device-Net, DH+).
HMI (Human Machine Interfaces): architecture and programming
principles (major brands are: Cutler&Hammer, Siemens, Allen
Bradley).
PLC (Programmable Logic Computers):
architecture and programming principles (major brands are: Rockwell
Automation, Siemens, Allen Bradley).
GMC (Global Motion Commanders) - Axis Controllers: architecture
and programming principles (major brands are: Rockwell Automation,
Siemens, Allen Bradley).
Labeller and Industrial Ink Printers: programming principles
(major brands are: Imaje, Markem).
As ACE you will be working at Baby Care operation. Itis a new
and fast growing operation that produces disposable diapers,
Pampers.

You will be integrated into a multifunctional team from your
very first day on the job and work on your very own project
part.
A mentor, a manger with technical mastery in your field of
activity, will give you the best assistance, guiding you through
your period of practical training with experience and advice.
You might also attend courses and training sessions depending
on your assignment.
